The theory in "My Theory" could be probable. We all come from one source, and it is possible that a cataclysmic event could cause humans to branch off into different species in the future, only to develop time travel and return.
A 1983 dream I had dealt with the aftermath of nuclear war, and I saw what had once been a human, complete in a grey business suit carrying a briefcase to work, but his head was nothing but fused obsidian glass, with no eyes, and only a gaping hole where his mouth and nose once were. It surely looked alien but it had been human, mutated by the radiation.
Also, there is evidence that Nukes were already used on earth thousands of years ago. the Bhagavad-Gita and other Indian scriptures relates to this. Archeologists have discovered the remnants of vitrified stone caused by nuclear blasts, thats several thousand years old....
