Subject: one summer experience

Some strange things happened to me when I was growing up and two happened when I was 16yrs old. First the bear experience and this one a little later on in the same summer. This was a normal typical night on the east coast, very warm, humidly sticky so we left our windows open this night. If you ever lived on the northeast you know what I'm talking about. Well, I went to sleep around 9:30 pm as normal and felt great, no pains anywhere, no sickness basically felt my normal self. While I was almost totally asleep I remember seeing a light behind my eyes and atributed this to a light being turned on maybe the hall light, but brighter. Then felt a kind of at ease floating feeling not uncomfortable at all, and I went to sleep. I'm not sure of the time of this happening,must be around 10pm. Well, I woke up around 4am in the morning and couldn't really move my right arm and was hurting quite badly. I got up and still could hardly move it, my shoulder killing me with streaks of pain as I woke up my sister and went out to the livingroom. She went to go get my mom. My mom put cold packs on my shoulder and tried to put my arm in a sling saying it could be dislocated. In the morning, she took me to her carpractor for the problem was in my shoulder joint. He popped my shoulder back in place and noticed some bruising around the joint area,so yes I got a dislocated shoulder while I was sleeping. That carpractor is now a friend of my moms so he has the medical records somewhere. How in the heck could I dislocate my shoulder while I was sleeping, this is just impossible to do. I didn't fall out of bed or hardly move around because my blankets on my bed where almost as if I just went to sleep. This has bothered me for years not knowing how someone can be injured so badly sleeping in bed.
