Subject: Re: Concealed Carry Permit Author: Snake0331 [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 15:23:30 12/24/05 Sat In reply to: John 's message, "Concealed Carry Permit" on 13:15:30 12/20/05 Tue Since you were denied a Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) two years ago because of your medications (emotional - psychological condition), I suggest that you RE-APPLY and attach the following Sworn Natorial Affidavits to your New CWP Application: (1) Affidavit from your doctor stating that your medication has kept your anxiety disorder well-regulated and you are not a danger to society (2) Get 3 or 4 Character Affidavits from Friends, Law Enforcement Officers, Clergy, etc stating that they trust both you and your moral judgement in the use of of a firearm for personal protection (3) Attend a Course of Firearms' Safety & Responsibility and attach written certification of our satisfactory completion of the course (4) Contact your Congressman / Senator in reference to your new CWP application (5) See your local county sheriff and / or city police chief to obtain a Criminal History check verifing that you have no felony convictions (6) Be sure to Keep COPIES of ALL DOCUMENTS [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ]
