Kitty -

If you're on a 56K modem it may not show the video. I know that's what happened when we tried it at home, which is only a 56K modem, we were only able to hear the audio as well. I've ripped the whole thing off the 'net and have it saved so that you don't need the internet connection. If you still can't get it to work via the 'net, email me at JuliaMoniz@msn.com and I can probably get a copy of it too you.
