It is good. Obviously, it's not studio quality since I'm taking it off of my video tapes but the sound quality on it is really good. There are occassional songs that don't rip very well and I remove those from the list of choices as soon as I realize this. I also listen to every CD after it's burned to be sure the quality on it is good and that there's no skips or other errors on it. If anything's amiss with it, I throw it out and do it over again - at no additional cost.

Having been burned myself once or twice when I wasn't told a CD or Video was going to be very good quaity and then getting stuck with it, Jean and I make sure that everything on the merchandise page of the site is of the best quality possible. We also make sure to keep in contact with whomever the purchaser is and let them know if problems should arise with what they've ordered which would put it below what is acceptable. Although such a case has not happened yet, were it to happen we'd give the buyer the option of having their money returned.

Not to make this sound like a commercial, buy Jean and I pride ourselves on only selling products which we would spend money on - and believe me I'm one picky customer. This is why the stationary is still marked as coming soon. I haven't quite gotten it to a point where I'd feel comfortable selling it.

Hope I managed to answer your question in this rather long narrative. Just ask Jean, she'll tell you how much I love to talk. :)
