Subject: A/F guage

I got my a/f guage (thanks Squirrel) installed awhile ago, but now that I'm getting ready to turn up the boost quite a bit, I've got some concerns. I've never seen the 10 light, and while I hear that this is fairly normal, I only see the 9 light when the car isn't completely warmed up. After warm up, I see 8 lights any time the boost is up, with the 9 light only showing up occasionally. This has got me worried.
I want to make sure everything is right with the fuel system before I take the boost up any farther, so what kind of checks should I perform to make sure everything is as it should be? BTW, I did double check all the connections to the guage. The ground is run to the - battery cable, and all the connections are soldered.
Any thoughts?
Tony

This is normal. When I had it in my car that's the way it was. When your boosting up the guage should stay rich though. It should never drop off...I also installed an EGT guage. This is a must for anyone uping the boost in my opinion.
