It's going to be between 6-9 inches when it finishes. I'm at work(which is at half staff) and then I'm going to the Law Librarian's holiday party, which is still on. I expect only half the people who said they were coming to show up.(Hey, more food for me!). I like snow, because a lot of the attorney's stay home and I can get a fair amount of work done. It's already the middle of Hanukah, so most of my shopping is done, except for a few friends that I get Christmas gifts for. The holiday bonus comes next Thursday and I am really looking forward to it. My parents were here for Thanksgiving and that was special this year. Nice talking to you. I'm done my shopping... save for a few stocking stuffers and a sweater for my Dad. I'll finish up this weekend. I had thought I was done but then the gift I was going to give him was puny so I'm getting him another. Oh Damn... I forgot. One of my brothers just separated from his wife so I'll be shopping for something extra for him now. His birthday is Boxing Day and I don't want him with nothing to open for Christmas and his birthday. Sooooooo, I guess I'm not done now... LOL Oh well... nothing major to get and absolutly no mall visits! I'll be able to get it done at a few specialty shops so less bodily traffic to fight through. That's what I detest about Christmas shopping the most... the crowds. Other than that.. all is wonderful! We've got the lights up on the house but G needs to rig up some kind of timers for them as we have so many. It'll be nice when they are all lit up.. hopefully this weekend! I'm started (FINALLY) on my inside decorations. I'm way behind on them... I'm usually up and done the first weekend in December. Oh well... they still look good. I love going through all my decorations, remembering who gave me what and what I made when... it gives me warm fuzzies! No snow here... it's been really warm here. We've had barely any rain to speak of... WAY below the norm for the year. I would love to have snow on Christmas morning. It could stay for a few hours then melt away. It will probably be warm enough to be outside with just a sweatshirt which I won't complain about either. I hail from snow country and I still don't miss it THAT much..
