Speaking of renewing and rejoining NARA, please folks, remember, those of you that have clubs, at the beginning of each year you need to send in a copy of your officers for 2004 to the Secretary. Since the NARA Secretary position is currently vacant, the Vice-President (paperwork guy) M. Scott Whigham would be most happy to accept your paperwork while doing his double duty in office.

Also, for those of you who are decoys, your �eligibility� expired on Dec 31st along with your membership, so don�t forget to copy your decoy book and send that either in with your membership application and check to me OR directly to the Director of Decoy�s John Johnston at: 304 Main Street, N. Reading, MA 01864.

NARA needs a copy of the inside front cover (with your picture, signature and information) as well as copies of the pages of the trials you�ve done for 2003. If you did no trials for 2003, then just the inside cover with a note stating you didn�t decoy in 2003 so we know you�re still alive. If you re-certified in 2003 but didn�t trial, we need a copy of the first page and where it notes your certification. If you�ve never sent in a copy of your decoy book, then you must do so to become an active decoy and eligible for trials. Also, don�t forget that you need to be affiliated with a club to be an active and eligible decoy.
