Hi Joyce,
The club meets every 2nd Tuesday to vote in new members. The next club meeting is on the 28th. If you already sent in the membership along with the dues you should be voted in on the 28th. After you are voted in they will send you the registration card, via regular mail, then you can register your sled. I have heard rumors that some dealers MAY "trust" that you joined a club and give you the discount however; when I registered my sled I needed the card. You are looking at a 2-week turn around time to get your membership info to register your sled, so you may want to register early next year to avoid the wait. Hope this helps. By the way, Monday is the 20th and not the 19th.
