Mr. Farmer, I would hope that this information will be more than sufficient for you (and Judges Robert Faris and David Ezra) to recognize the wisdom, fairness, and practicality of attempting a NEGOTIATED SETTLEMENT to end this long-running case.

If you are still unwilling to attempt to negotiate a settlement, then I would again ask that you immediately recuse yourself from acting as the Successor Trustee in this case due to evident BIAS and CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
