$10,000 bounty for any witness to Obama's birth

The legal battles over Barack Hussein Obama�s constitutional eligibility to serve as president are picking up steam. Joseph Farah, editor of WorldNetDaily, is offering a $10,000 reward to anyone who can prove he or she was present at the birth of Barack Obama. "Barack Obama claims to have been born in Honolulu Aug. 4, 1961," explains Farah. "His entire constitutional claim to the presidency rests on this premise. Yet, he refuses to release a copy of his long-form birth certificate � the only document that could possibly corroborate his claim.

Therefore, in the interest of truth, justice and the Constitution, I am making the extraordinary offer to entice someone to come forward with the facts of his birth � whether it took place in Hawaii or elsewhere."

Under Hawaiian law, birth certificates are private, and not subject to open records or freedom of information requests. To date, Obama has refused to waive his privilege of confidentiality, or to provide any information concerning the location of his birth.

According to Farah, Obama has steadfastly refused to release evidence of that Hawaiian birth � a valid, long-form birth certificate that would show details of the birth, such as the hospital and the attending physician.

Because the short-form "certification of live birth" he released to select news organization was at least sometimes issued for foreign births on the basis of an affidavit by one parent, it proves nothing as far as constitutional eligibility � and, in fact, raises suspicions about a foreign birth. And Obama's paternal grandmother, Sarah Obama, claims to have been present for Barack�s birth in Mombassa, Kenya.

Complicating the issue are Obama's move to Indonesia as a child, where he reportedly attended that nation's public schools, registered as �Barry Soetoro,.� and was listed as an �Indonesian Muslim.� There have also been questions raised concerning his later travels to Pakistan, and on what nation's passport that travel was accomplished. Then there are the multiple law firms hired to make certain Obama's long-form birth certificate information, and other documentation such as medical and college records, remain sealed from public view.

Dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen" have been filed in courts across the nation. The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President." Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

In California, U.S. District Judge David O. Carter has scheduled a July 13 hearing in a case challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president in which the plaintiff Alan Keys' attorney, Orly Taitz, says the commander-in-chief is in default. Keys, former Assistant U.S. Secretary of State and U.N. Ambassador, was also a contestant in the 2008 presidential race in California....

Please let President Obama know that for only $10.00, he can get a CERTIFIED copy of his Birth Certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health, and put an end to this question once and for all.

That is, unless he wasn't born in Hawaii.

even if your not a fan of the guy the fact is that his background was heavily researched before they even let him run for president. There were probably a million court hearings and meetings to discuss his eligibility, where all those papers where verified and proven real. Why does he have to show it to the public, If the public is able to see all evidence of his birth with no censorinng at all it would not be hard to find his family or steal his identity. How bad would the US look if the president gets his identity stolen. This country is full of retards that don't understand how the election process works but take it upon themselves to criticize it. If you don't like it, move somewhere else.

The TRUTH re all aspects of this question - must be determined (sooner, rather than later).

WHY does Obama expend mass resources and efforts in his ongoing opposition to requests to produce proof of his (most basic)legal authority to hold the office as our President?

Growing numbers are asking this very fundamental question.

Press Sec Gibbs laughing says Obama's birth certificate is posted on the Internet(?). Sorry, Mr. Gibbs, that is FALSE! So more valid questions are raised.

What will it take to obtain the truth re this matter? Our nation has many other serious issues to focus on and resolve.

It would be wise for Obama to provide the truth, whatever that may be - rather than continued stonewalling, media suppression and diversions.

Lies of this magnitude may be SOP in Chicago street politics, but now we expect the complete the truth.

Question: does President Obama oppose the truth?

Dear President Obama, Attorney General Holder, Trustee Farmer, Mr. Guttman, Ms. Neustadter, Judge Kevin Chang, Judge David Ezra, and All Concerned:

Due to the new discovery of facts that directly relate to this lawsuit which violates my constitutional rights of Free Speech and a Fair Trial, and Federal and State Anti-SLAPP statutes, I am adding the subject Exhibit.

Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman, in spite of all this factual evidence (not just "political opinions" or "conspiracy theories" as you have previously alleged), I am again asking that we attempt to reach a global settlement of this matter through confidential negotiation or mediation rather than continuing these costly and seemingly-endless court proceedings.

However, if you and your insurance carriers are still not willing to attempt to negotiate or mediate settlement in these cases, then I ask that you perform your mandated review of these two Exhibits in accordance with Judge Ezra's Order, and advise me, whether or not, you find that they are relevant and if they contain any so-called "protected subject matter".

I respectfully request your immediate reply. If I do not receive a response from you or your insurance carrier within 15 days, I will assume that you have found no "PSM" in these updated pages, and that you will NOT file any objections to my Motion.
