Mr. Farmer, I ask that you please review this updated Exhibit carefully and advise whether or not it contains any "Protected Subject Matter". If you do find that there are new FACTS here, and no "PSM", then I suggest that we immediately attempt to settle this illegal SLAPP lawsuit through NEGOTIATION rather than dragging this matter out indefinitely through the courts.
