Subject: New Building

I am finally getting around to a new building and am looking for anyone with recommendations. It will be 36x40 with a 16 foot height so I can put a lift in. Pole barn is OK. I hear Pioneer pole is good? As always I do not want to spend more than necessary but I do not want any issues either. I am sure some people can say look at these guys or say stay the heck away from this company. Who not to deal with may be more important than who to deal with. I want a company that will do permits and erection. I may do site prep myself. I will also need concrete and electric done. I hope to do this by the spring or even earlier if I can pull it off. Any opinions should be based on real knowledge and not on a grudge please. Thanks for your time!
