Hi Joe,
Did you ever hear back from Chad?If not let me know, and I can get his Email address for you.
It sounds like you,and I had the same idea.I'm looking into building a safticycle frame also.I just picked up the motor I wanted.I'm looking for a tank, but most of the rest I have. The moped idea dosn't sound that bad,but the wheels will probably be way to small.I've recently picked up some heavy spoked bicycle rims in a 26",and fenders to match.Chad was saying the the originals came with a 24" tire, and rim.If I work it right the 26" will give it alittle heavyer tire, and wheel. With out making the center of gravity any higher. Rod
