You need to call you doctor or as Diane suggested go to the emergency room. I had a miscarriage 5 years ago and the cramping was horrible and a lot of bleeding. Then with my next pregnancy I had mild bleeding and bad cramps. I thought for sure I was miscarrying again, but the baby ended up being fine. How far along are you? Let us know how you are doing. If you want someone to talk to about your abortion 6 months ago we are here. There are women here who have gone through abortions and can understand how you are feeling. Hugs, Heather
