I am sorry for your loss, and sorry for your pain. It is a natural repsonse to what you have gone through - so please understand it is totally normal.

It is really important that you deal with your pain, and not bury it or put off the grief from your loss. Even though this is recent, it is important to work through the emotions you are experiencing.

You can do a few things - it's important that you understand "Post Abortion Stress" - you can google that and research the results. You can also contact a Care Net Center - look one up near you at this site:

Many of them offer FREE post abortion counseling or can direct you someone who does in your area.

Your life and your marriage depend upon you finding healing from this.
