I would like to suggest that you look for a CPC in your area and inquire about post abortion counseling. It is always free, and you will need to deal with the emotions you are already feeling. If there aren't any post abortion counseling sessions offered, you can try this website:

Forgive yourself and forgive the people invovled in all this (the baby's father that abandoned you). That's a huge step to begin with and it takes time. Forgivness is a process - so remember that and keep working on it.
