After entering puberty and initiation of sexual awareness and related emotional and physical reactions the young boy will begin to seek more privacy and it is possible to oppose the demands of the mother to control his development. This would be completely logical and expected response, but it can not be a reason for refusal of the mother of the implementation of her motherly duties. The delicate but at the same time uncompromising position of the mother in this direction will teach the young man of reconciliation and discipline and respect of parental authority.
