 Route branding like trents works, even if it is OTT. Thats why they do it. YOu can tell theyre trent barton buses because of the style of the livery.

I cant see that the route branding used by the big 3 groups works as well, as its alot more subtle. The Trent style gets the message across more clearly:

for example:

Trents Spondon Flyer: Tells you it goes to Spondon quickly.
