Date Posted: 15:35:59 07/29/04 Thu In the August 2004 trent barton newsletter on the website, it mentions the new Rainbow 1 Scanias. Apparantly when an older bus in old rainbow 1 livery or otherwise works to Heanor or Ripley, it will be exchanged with a new scania IN SERVICE!!! Surprising or what? For those who don't already know, the purple solos (ex-Kinch 437-440) are to be used on the Long Eaton 'Xpress', a non stop variant of the rainbow 5 between Long Eaton & Nottingham. An artists impression of the new livery is in the August 2004 newsletter on trent barton's website.
