The lead should be able to make good desicions, because what the lead decides on can decide the fate of the herd. The lead should also be brave and strong, and whitty too. They should be able to defend the herd if need be, but use fighting as a last resource. They should be able tell who is right and who is wrong when there is an argument so that they can help solve it. They should be level-headed and not get panicky in a disaster, but stay focused and do their best. =+=She smiles, finishing her list of qualities off the top of her head. She did not want to be lead just because of the title, or because she wanted people to respect and fear her just because she was lead, but wanted to help, and do the best she could so that all would be peaceable. She grins then adds,=+= You and mommy are good teachers.
