I think the op went overboard with the point here which sounds super personal. I think some aren't used to a miss ca using her title so directly in pursuing a job after her reign. That being said, there is Nothing wrong with that. Leah used her network to do what she needed to do, get a job and further her personal goals. True, she is more involved with current girls than maybe other queens have been, but geez...they are her friends and she wants to see them succeed in a program she understands and has worked to build. I think the feeling that you're trying to convey is that you just aren't used to a queen sticking around and being seen in pictures all the time. There's something in the pageant fan mind that looks forward to a new girl/new year and seeing Leah so involved with a miss ca sponsor kinda annoys some people.
