Subject: How fucking good were The Peacocks yesterday?

These Swiss guys, reminiscent in style to The Living End, played an awesome show yesterday and it was really cool that they came and played here on their day off. It was really funny seeing Stu from Freaks playing their Double Bass for two songs also. I'm glad i only came to see the second half of that gig now, because i found the heat absolutely unbearable inside the Boom Bar. Still it must have helped shed a few pounds of me and lord i need to lose a bit of weight.

It was also great to see Freaks Union bring those guys to the Monkey Boy gig too (which was pretty good too) - the highlight being Tat and Jimbo's exhibition of Wrestling during the Monkey Boy set, that had me crying with laughter.
