Depite the fact that I've spent more than $1,100 with Riversport in Confluence Andy never acted on my warranty issue with my broken WS EZG (that I know of) and WS has deemed to stick me with a broken boat.
A simple phone call would have gone a long way...
I've bought five WS boats over the years and never bitched when they broke. It was always minor and I loved the boats so I just fixed 'em or bought a new one. The ONE TIME I ask wavesport to replace a boat on an issue so well known and what do they do? They tell me I'm SOL!
As for Andy at wavesport. I took the boat to him and all looked good to get it replaced. Then THREE WEEKS later I have to drive in from Ohio to see him because he wouldn't replay to the multiple emails and phone calls I had made.
So he hands me this story that he was going to work something out and I'll hear from him in a week or two. That was back in the first weeks of August. Haven't heard a peep since.
I've been a loyal customer to both WS and Riversport until know. I'm too pissed off to buy anything from either in good concience now.
Time to check out a different manufacturer and from now on Wilderness Voyagers has my buisiness. At least they have the common curtesy to return a phone call!
