"基準試"(英詞)我承認一個教師考基準試是應該合格,
雖然差不多有六成(新)教師不合格,
但是我並不覺得代表些什麼………………
因為如果單憑基準試就認定(他們)沒有資格當教師,
就未免有些那個兒嚴重。

Everyone can "覺得", but if there is no reason, it is just nonsense.

No reason is given again, so it is nonsense again.

I think to pass the benchmark test is the basis of an Englsih teacher. You can't say that "although I can't pass the test, but I have enthusiasm and so I can be a good teacher". If an English teacher can't write even grammatical English, do you want to become his or her student?
