由2年前開始,學校3班science班之中有一班唔修a.math,改修econ
[而該班到中六時只可以選Bio Group]
但係,問題亦都係上年開始浮現

事關學校o係改中4選科的時候,中6的學位安排並未與時並進!!
中四3班science班都可以選Bio group,然而Bio group只係得15個學位!
反之只有有修A.math同學先可以選的科目的學位卻有45個!!

咁樣無疑係扼殺左science班修econ既學生的升中六scince珪的出路

難道學校有見文科長年積"藥",要加入依d"另類"人士以補充文科收生困難的問題??

咪係!果時改有econ班,又唔改埋中六d班,搞到我地得15個位,仲唔係一定入到....下一年d form4就有返3班A.MATH,咁我地點喎!!!!!!

I do not agree with 'm'. '好野唔會讚' is one thing, this bad situation about 學位分配 is another thing! You cannot put these two things together to discuss with.
Actually I think those who are taking Econ in science class should also take A-maths, that means A-maths should not be dropped. Some other schools provide Econ in science classes BUT together with A-maths, because they know that without A-maths, a science student is extremely difficult to find a F6 Science place if they cannot get high marks or 14 or above marks in HKCEE.
So, I think for a science student, no matter he take Econ or not, he SHOULD take A-maths too. You may afraid that you cannot handle this subject well, but at least you have taken this subject, and this will be extremely helpful when you are going to find a F6 science place.
If you don't believe me, you can asked other senior form students (This year's 5E or last year's 5C as well).
