I put things off and then I have a depressed dull and stuck feeling inside of me. I wait and wait and wait and really I am not parcipating in the wonderful world of the living because I am afraid and I have so may unanswered questions. Like "what if it is harder than I thought?" or "what if they laugh at me?" or "what if it hurts"?. Whatever the case may be I stay stuck, self-obsessed and afraid. Eventually I will have to make up my mind, get the nourishment that I need or starve.
