The arguement with Luc had shaken her, and pushed her into taking the second test, dispite her fears. She sat at the table with the stick facing away from her, waiting for the results, her heat beating ten times its usual rate.

He knocked at the door before shoving his hands back into his pockets and taking a step back to wait patiently. Anti-commitment and not wanting a kid, he still hadn't decided how he was going to work things, but even he had a heart and didn't want to completely abandon her...
