Re RAF Changi '62-65, We left in 1964. I don't recall Old Sarum Rd. We lived at Upavon Rd which came to an end at the golf course. It was fairly close to a disused gun emplacement. I scavenged that place, and proudly came home with a pocket full of bullets. Poor Mum, I had them bouncing around in my pockets, and Mum was frantically finding a cool place to keep them until Dad came home from work to contact the armourer. All sorted, I still don't know if they were British or Japanese...Ah, we flew back to U.K. with Bristish United Airways, I thing landing at Blackbush Airport? Would sinerely enjoy more last ten yrs news....
