Am seeking photos of Bristol Brigands of 1301 Met Flight based at RAF Negombo from 1949-51 for a magazine article I have written for Aeroplane Monthly. Would also like to contact relatives of Sqn Ldr D G Walker, the boss of 1301 Flt.

My father was based in Negombo in 1951-52 where my brother was born.
Dad , Chri Ponting was in the Fire Section. He has unfortunately passed away. Did anyone remember Dad?
I am visiting Sri Lanka very soon, I do not suppose there is anything left from that time.
