I doubt that anyone has ever been able to help her! There just is not anything that will adhere to the skin permanently like it will to the nail, and nail products are intended to be applied to the nails and NOT the skin.

For speical occassions she can apply a tip or polish straight to the toe, but it will be very temporary, and it should not be done on a regular basis.
