Some of their info is a bit behind the times.... They are mostly referring to no-lite gels, which are of course just resin or glue systems.

There are a few gels on the market though that do cure in a light and can be soaked off with acetone.... however, I find those types of gel systems to be inferior to "traditional" gels that can NOT be soaked off in acetone.
