Subject: extra precautions???(for Barb)

Barb, this question was actually for your news letter but it was sent back undeliverable am i sending it to the wrong adress? www.nailsplashnews-queue@listbot.com
heres my question:
one of my regular clients just told me she has hepititis "C"
what kind of precautions should we as nail techs be taking when a client has hep C or HIV or even on a client who has an open wound on the cuticle from a hang nail or a paper type cut from our nail file. we (nail techs) could have microscopic cuts on our fingers that cant be seen by the human eye but germs, bacteria etc.. can still enter into the body I know it would be uncomfortable for me and my client if i pulled out a pair of gloves at her next appt
Traci :)
