What are you talking about Karn? He doesn't want to play Doomsday Specter in this deck for 2 reasons:

1) He hasn't got enough creatures to get it into play (if he has no other creatures then he won't be able to get it into play)

2) Why would he want to bounce creatures back to his own hand in a Warped Devotion deck?
