Subject: Telim's in da housssssssse!

Hey, all, It's Telim'Tor, Secretary of State of the Rath Party. I seem to have lost contact with the rest of the party, until I talked to Kobold a few weeks ago, who, despite his former garrulousness didn't seem too talkative. Then, I looked at the MTGNews.com "Please welcome our newest forums member, Eron The Relentless!"

Eron? THE Eron? Can't be. Well, I clicked on his name, and under "occupation" it said "President of the Rath Party".

Well, it looks like a lot has changed since I've been gone. Membership seems to have skyrocketed. When I fell out of contact with the Rath Party, we had at most fifteen members.

Well, things have changed dramatically at the forums in the time that you guys have been... doing whatever. The important things are as follows:

1. Rancored_Elf is now a "higher-up". Officially, he's a moderator, but he's one of the most respected and influential ones.

2. Rancored_Elf, despite the fact that during the elections he was our primary adversary, frequently and vocally saying how much he disliked us, now says he harbors no ill will against the Rath Party.

3. The clan system is now in place. The clans, which are loosely based upon the party system we had in place for the elections, are quite well liked. In fact, in the upcoming months, there will be "Clan Storyline Tournaments", held via apprentice, in much the same manner that the Legend of the Five Rings storyline tournaments are held several times a year. These "Clan Storyline Tournaments" will be run by yours truly, Telim'Tor, of the Rath Party.

That's basically it. The main thing that you have to know about the new discussion boards is that spamming and flaming is under a zero tolerance policy. Anybody that was a member of the Rath Party during the election, knows that we did our share of not quite flaming and spamming, but irritating the hell out of people that opposed us. I recommend NOT doing anything like that in the new boards. The memory of the Rath Party now has a favorable reputation, and when we make our triumphant comeback, it would be a pretty good idea to keep as many people in our good graces as possible.

Enough about the changes in MTGNews. What's happened in the Rath Party since I've been gone?
