Hi MOP.I just talked to Malcolm and was quoted aprice of 1.81/lb on acase lot of 40 to50lbs per case.St Louis style ribs at about 2.42/lb on a case.
He also does sponsor the Brantford ribfest by supplying whole hogs and ribs.
Mop i am not very good with using puters so I will email you when the wifey gets home.
I should also like to add I have the wifes family in Brantford so I kill 3 birds with one stone.(1)visit inlaws.(2)go to packers(read go to local bar also.)(3)visit camp31 for some bbq when it is colder than all bejesus.
