Subject: Email Address of the Brantford Summerfest co-ordinator

Does anyone have the email address of the guy that runs the Brantford cookoff, I forget his name even.....LOL

Here is why I would like to contact him, if anyone attending has any issues with it please get them out here so we are all on the same page.

As all of you that have either cooked and/or attended the Brantford Summerfest know, they are always looking for someone to cook an extra hog or two.

As a matter of fact WE cooked two hogs, one for turn in and one just to add more meat to the pork dinner table.
We were able to do it mainly because of the size of Bryan's cooker, even with the two hogs in there you could barely find them because the cooker is so well equiped to handle that amount and they looked lost in there....LOL

Here is what I was going to offer him.
As you all know I cater my whole hogs with propane and have a thermostatically controlled propane fired hog cooker, I was going to offer to do a hog or a raft of whole shoulders strictly for the purpose of helping to feed the masses, not to be judged or picked from for turn in.
The idea is for two reasons, one I just mentioned and the other to let the crowd see what they came to see, food being cooked, especially a whole pig.
I have found that many if not all of the public spectators seem a little frustrated that they can`t get near the food being cooked and are suprised that we are all roped off.
I understand that being roped off is necessary for safety reasons and have no problem with that but it would be nice for them to see something up close along that sidewalk area in front of where we are all lined up.

By this, none of the competitors are effected in any way shape or form and the hog will be handed over to the Paris Historical Society like all the rest except for any judging.

Anyways, if there are any issues with this whether positive or negative please bring it up here so we can all see the opinions IF ANY!
