Hi to all, I am new to this and am having a blast smokin all kinds of meats. I live in kitchener and if you are looking to find high quality meats this is the place.I will not by meat from any store such as Sobeys or Zehers. The German community here prides themselves on high quality meats with great prices if you know where to look. If you plan on driving down here, take a look at some of these places.
Osogood meats in Waterloo, and the famous Central meat market, were I picked up 5 pork shoulder roast at about 4 to 5 dollars each on sale the other day.Check out the farmers market in downtown Kitchener on Sat. you will not regret it. Good luck and good SMOKIN EH !!!
