The Paris competition is on June 12th. It consists of cooking whole hog, ribs and chicken all under the rules of the CBSA(posted on website).

You can try to contact Maurice Rutherford at (519)632-7342 for more details on the event if you are interested. I don't know if they are still accepting entrants.
