BBQ cooking and judging class in PNW

Apple Country BBQ Class and Judging School

We will have the top award winners from the Pacific Northwest Barbeque Association coming in to teach you the in's and out's of how to prepare mouth-watering Pork Shoulder, Brisket, Pork Ribs and Chicken. In addition, we will be offering a PNWBA Judging School to get you certified to judge all major competitions.

Maple Leaf Briquettes and Gourmet Apple Chips provided free of charge to all participants (you can even take some home).

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Saturday 30 April
6am Class check in
7am Meat and equipment Preparation
8am What comes first, the brisket or the Pork?
Noon Judging Class begins
2pm Meat Turn in's begin
