Hi Reg,

Oh baby, was the pork ever tender !! I ended up smoking it over apple. I made extra and my next door neighbour ended up getting a small shoulder. Funny, it seems like he always shows up when the smoke and ales fly. LOL

I lit the smoker about 10:00 and put the sausages and shoulder on at 10:30. After a hot afternoon with a few Rickards Red for cooling, (and one for mopping), and the occasional Hot Italian, I took the food off at 4:45 and let it settle until pulling at 5:30.

A fine dinner was had, and now it's off to the drive-in for a couple of flicks.

Take it easy.
