Hello. I work with secondary aged students (11 -17) and we often will start a session using Brain Gym techniques. These techniques can help bring the two sides of the brain together which helps with all sorts of difficulties, handwriting, balance, concentration. There are lots of books on the subject, try to find one that has diagrams of the exercises along with the instructions as this will help you to "see" what they mean.
