One of the biggest issues with concentration is visual difficulty. make sure you have a full and comprehensve behavioural vision assessment by someone who understands the role of vision problems in learning. If you are in the UK, look at www.babo.co.uk for suitably trained optometrists. If abroad, look at either www.oep.org or www.covd.org to find someone.
