Subject: Friday Challenge: Special Halloween Edition

Last October, Genevieve posted a special Halloween challenge that met with great success, and that we think would be loads of fun to turn into an annual tradition. With a tip of the hat to her, we hereby present the following challenge:

1. Write a ficlet in response to the phrase "trick or treat".

2. Do not post it under your own/usual name. Instead, choose a new name or post as 'anonymous'.

3. When the challenge is closed, come back and reveal yourself as the author.

4. This challenge will be open for two weeks instead of the usual one.
