I've decided to have the navigation bar's items dynamically resize in response to how important they are. For instance, if I were to update the FAQ, I'd make its link bigger. Miscellaneous and FWIG haven't been updated for quite some time, and I don't expect them to be soon. So their links are small. The forum gets a big link because I want to make people aware of it.

These changes are visible only from the journal, as that's the most regularly checked page.
