Hi Everyone,
Good site - nice to see some pics from days gone by. I lived in Speke rom 1963 until 1984 and probably saw it decline rapidly from the mid 70s onwards. Got to say I had a great time growing up playing down the shore and in the woods. Does anyone from that period know of David Gordon or David Shore? We used to knock around as teenagers getting into trouble etc. etc.

Hi Peter. Stosh is doing well.He lives in the midlands and has a few kids.
I myself took up acting in 2009 and have found my passion.Done a few plays in Liverpool and Yorkshire check out ( bittersweet sunshine) on u.tube my firstplay. Magical days in Speke Peter never to be forgotten.We were truly blessed with the fields and river.take care Tony

Alright Stosh lad! How's it going? I saw you a few years ago at when i paid a visit from Geordieland (where i now live) for me Mum & Dads 70th birthday. Great memories growing up in Speke, no place like it!! Sad to hear about Joe Kenny (and Tombod). Take care and maybe bump into you again sometime.
