Subject: Strangeways news/gojonnygogogogo gigs

Hello!

Firstly a big thank-you to everyone who came to Strangeways last night, with over 250 people it was our busiest ever! and we all really enjoyed DJ'ing. Apologies go out to everyone who's requests we didn't get to play or indeed bring with us, please email your requests in advance as we only bring a small proportion of our records each month.

Unfortunately that was the last Strangeways at the bassment, due to the fact that the club needs over 200+ each month to make it viable for them, a figure we have only once been able to meet.

From January Strangeways is moving to Bar Phono (just round the corner from the bassment), and will now be on the third Friday of each month-the first one being Friday 16th January, 10-2am. This does mean the end of live bands at Strangeways, but don't worry as gojonnygogogogo will be continuing to organise gigs at alternative venues.

Many thanks to everyone who has supported Strangeways/gojonnygogogogo festival/gojonnygogogogo gigs and the gojonnygogogogo Record label this year, your support is appreciated, and a special thanks to Moz, Stu and the Cops and Robbers dudes.
