If ur pointe shoes are hurting in a certain place i.e the box is pinching etc a good way to help soften them is by holding them over a boiling kettle -BE CAREFUL-
Put the box over the spout so that the steam goes inside the shoe.Start by holding it there for a minute then put them on(wear a pair off socks or somethin so u don't burn ur feet)and do some rises so they mould onto ur feet and then repeat depending on how soft u need them to be.
