I mean come on, what are the benifits?? Sure you get all that free beer, just the thing you need to become a even bigger dumbass. Oh, as for the networking thing, that is why you MAKE FRIENDS WITH PEOPLE. Why not try making some friends instead of buying them. I know that i could find a much better way to spend money on things that are cool other than a fucking sweatshirt with letters on it and some friends. Whoop dee doo, i could get a sweatshirt for 20 bucks and go out and make some friends. And that is a lot cheaper than paying for the stupid dues. I almost forgot, there is the whole house thing when you are in a frat. But honestly, have you ever seen those shitholes?? I've been to a couple of parties and i can honestly say that i would rather live in a box, or say a van by the river than in those places. Oh yea, to all the greeks out there who think they own the world, i have some news for you....There are more of us then there are of you. We just happen to have some brains to know enough that the greek system is just a way to get a stupid ass sweatshirt and some friends. Later. I went to my first frat parties in Oswego this past week and they were so shitty. The beer was nasty, the guys were perverts and the houses were disgusting! I thought there would be nice carpeting, chairs, well-dressed college guys and some good drinks. Instead it was a nasty, muddy floor, broken jizz-covered chairs, only two guys that were wearing decent clothing and the beer tasted like shit. The one party was in the basement and anyone over 5 feet tall hit their heads on the nasty ceiling. The second was in the attic and everytime I went to the bathroom there was a guy down there asking every girl who walked by into his bedroom! The Patch is a million times better!
