Requirements: 1. If you are a pageant director with a winner there is no need to hold another pageant, she can participate. 2. If you are a contestant from a pageant notify your director that you would like to participate in this pageant. 3. If there are no pageants in your country send us an email and we will explain to you how you can represent your country. 4. If you are a director and would like information, please send us an email. 5.
